Our Moscato di Scanzo panettone is the result of an exclusive collaboration with the world-champion master pastry chef Christian Beduschi. This panettone is produced using exclusively top quality ingredients and does not contain artificial colouring or preservatives. This desert weighs 1 kg and is made using mother yeast; its leavening comes about in a completely natural way. There are no pieces of candied fruit as they would alter the aroma and taste of the Moscato di Scanzo. It is these dried grapes, moistened in our Moscato di Scanzo, which after a careful maceration are combined with the final dough mixture. The honey used is organic from the valleys of Bergamo. Best served with Moscato di Scanzo De Toma.
